Ask us to check again

If you run a service or a website we rate, or you rely on one, and think our reading is wrong or out of date, tell us here. We re-check within a few hours and publish the new reading beside the old one. If you say our answer key was wrong, a person compares the evidence and the decision goes on the corrections log.

We ask for no name or email. You get a request number and a page that shows its progress.
